Kate Werning is the creator and host of Healing Justice Podcast. A decade-long community organizer and social movement trainer, Kate sought out yoga, somatics, meditation, and other healing modalities to sustain her activism and integrate the pursuit of internal and external transformation.

She co-facilitates workshops on trauma and resilience called Resilience for Changemakers, is a Lead Trainer with Momentum training institute, serves on the founding faculty of Liberation School, & centers interdependence in her trauma-informed yoga classes at Third Root Community Health Center.
