The LIT Mentorship is designed to work for you. We have rolling admissions—so your journey begins as soon as you enroll!
Our group calls will be on the 17th and the 30th of every month—and we’ll mix up the times to accommodate our global time zones:

*these times may change based on the needs of our LIT team.
We'll be capping the mentorship at 17 total leaders. This way—we can give the best personalized attention to each member.

This mentorship program is designed by me for YOU! This means: you choose what level of participation works best for you.
Join for our monthly group coaching sessions to receive the benefits of the collective community connection. That said—you are always encouraged to ebb and flow with what works best for you and your schedule.
Each month, we’ll be collectively choosing a LIT Leader of the Month! This is your month to shine bright like a diamond, baby!!!! The LIT community is here to show up for you amplify your work and gifts!
You’ll be given one of the group sessions that month to practice your leadership and get feedback in a safe space.
You can:
- teach a mini-class
- make a presentation or
- practice coaching another member of the program

Yes! You can make 9 monthly payments of $369.
Shannon recommends that you meet for your one-on-one coaching sessions 1-2x per month to keep connection and momentum building! Please aim to use your sessions within 12 months.
