Practice Letting Go

What does it mean to let go? We hear the phrase “let go” a lot, but it can feel very conceptual or intangible.

In this episode, I share what it means to let go and how we can practice mindfulness to loosen our grip on our attachments that keep us stuck (social media, food, sex, booze, drugs, TV, or whatever that thing may be for you).
