Therapy is the art of becoming wholly yourself
Beginning a psychotherapeutic journey has the power to be a sacred initiation—a bold act of self-love that has the power to impact not only you internally, but also your relationships, community, and world.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the scientific research of attachment theory and the ancient wisdom of community: we do not heal alone by ourselves—healing occurs relationally.
"What has been broken relationally must be repaired relationally"
—Donald Kalsched, Clinical Psychologist
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I treat a wide range of symptoms from anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, addictive behaviors, grief, betrayal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #139516) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #13859), I graduated with my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute—with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology.
I am now accepting new clients.

I practice Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, which is a thoroughly researched, attachment-based approach to identify ruptures in the relationship and strengthen the bond of your partnership. My approach is experiential and relational.

Trust Your Truth
Do you ever struggle to trust yourself and listen to the voice of your inner wisdom? Self-doubt intensifies whenever we give our power away to people and things outside of us. But your self-worth is always sourced from within you.
Organized by the seven chakras—the energetic centers of the body—Trust Your Truth invites you to discover your truth on every level of your being:
- to awaken to your true calling,
- accept yourself wholeheartedly,
- honor your emotions, trust your intuition, and
- measure success based on how true you can be to yourself—rather than the expectations of others.
Each chapter contains raw stories of transformation from my life, journaling questions, and meditation practices that invite you to become the most present and empowered version of you.
