About Shannon

Psychotherapist, Author, Teacher

Hi, I'm Shannon!

Whether through writing, therapy, poetry, comedy, or public speaking, I am profoundly passionate about helping humans hone the art of being and embodying their whole selves.

In my own personal work and through witnessing the courage of my clients, I am in awe of the resiliency and power of the human soul. It is a sweet, great honor to support you as you heal from past hurt, develop deeper levels of self-compassion, and unlock higher realms of growth, expansion, and potential.

This world so clearly aches for a revolution of compassion & healing, and I believe in our individual and collective power to embody the medicine and healing that we so desperately seek.

Thank you for being on this journey with me!
